Understanding the Client Favorites Homepage Widget in connectMLS

Stay up to date with what matters most to your clients

The Client Favorites widget on your connectMLS homepage gives you a quick snapshot of the properties your

clients have recently shown interest in—making it easier to spot opportunities for timely follow-up without having to search through each client's portal.

How to add the client Favorites widget

If the Client Favorites widget is not currently displayed on your homepage, you can easily add it:

1. Click your photo or initials in the upper-right corner of connectMLS.
2. Select My Settings.
3. Click Modify Home Page Layout.
4. Add the Client Favorites widget to your homepage layout.

What appears in the Client Favorites widget?

The widget displays listings that clients have marked as:

• Interested
• Maybe

Listings marked Not Interested are not included in the widget.

If a client makes a comment on a listing, but does not mark an interest level, the listing will be displayed in the widget with a status of Unknown.

To keep the information current and actionable, the widget displays up to the 20 most recent client favorites from the past 24 hours.

Tip: Looking for additional activity? Click Show More Client Favorites at the bottom of the widget to view more recent client interest.

Where does this information come from?

The Client Favorites widget reflects the same information your clients create in their portal under Favorites and Properties of Interest.

To view a client's complete list:

1. Click Clients at the top of connectMLS.
2. Select the client's name.
3. Open their Favorites and Properties of Interest section.

Because the homepage widget pulls directly from this area, you'll always be viewing the same client activity that's available within their portal.
