My client isn’t receiving connectMLS emails. What do I do?

To verify messages are being sent from connectMLS to your client, go to your My Clients, click on the desired client and select the communication log at the bottom of the page. If you see outgoing emails to the client, try these potential fixes: 

  • Have your client check their spam folder. 
  • Have the client add no-reply@connectmls.com to their contacts.
  • Have the client check to see if no-reply@connectmls.com is on their list of blocked email addresses.


If there is nothing in your communication log, follow these steps: 

  • Go to the client search (you can access this from the client page, prospecting manager, or the search page) and click edit on the desired search. Make sure the box is checked for “Send notification to the client when the search runs”.
