Market Activity Widget Enhancements

Finding the right market activity data just got easier. The Market Activity widget on the MyMLS homepage has been updated to provide more precise search options, helping you focus on the areas that matter most to your business and clients.

With this enhancement, you can now narrow market activity results by:

• State
• County
• City
• Zip Code

This added flexibility allows you to quickly view relevant property activity in specific geographic areas without needing to sort through broader results.

How to Use the Updated Filters

1. Log in to connectMLS
2. Locate the Market Activity widget on your MyMLS homepage
3. Click Customize View
4. Fill in your desired criteria
   • This is where you will now see the new options for:
     • State
     • County
     • City
     • Zip Code
5. Click Save to save your changes

These enhancements were designed to help create a more streamlined and focused experience when reviewing market activity. By allowing more detailed filtering, you can spend less time searching broadly and more time staying informed on the areas most important to you and your clients.
