When the Ownership field contains "Fee Simple" or "Fee Simple w/ HOA," the actual lot dimensions, acreage, or square footage are required. If the Ownership field contains "Condo," then common, condo, integral or per survey are acceptable entries.
If you are receiving an error on your listing, check the Ownership field under the General tab of your listing to ensure you have the correct Ownership type. Then, navigate to the Ext Features tab to ensure you have an acceptable entry for Lot Dimensions.
