Where do I have to disclose that a listing has broker-ownership or interest?

Broker Owned/Interest should indicate “yes” on a listing if any of the following are true:

• The listing agent owns the property.

• The listing agent has financial ownership or interest in the property.

• The seller is a licensed real estate agent.

The Broker Owned/Interest field is located in the Office/Sales Info in the listing input process.
