I've adjusted comparables on my connectMLS CMA but the Suggested Price and Net Proceeds haven’t changed. What do I do?

Follow these steps: 

1) Navigate to “Reports” > “Manage CMA Reports”. 

2) Click on the desired CMA. 

3) Select the “Customize Report” tab. 

4) Click on the edit pencil next to “Suggested Price & Net Proceeds”. 

5) Select "Use average adjusted price of sold comparables:" and/or “Use avg. adjusted price per avg. square foot of sold comparables:”
