Suggested price is based on closed listings, not active listings. A suggested price will not display if your CMA only has active comparables.
If you have closed listings and no suggested price is appearing on your report, go to “Customize Report” and check the box next to “Suggested Price & Net Proceeds”.
Then, click the edit pencil next to “Suggested Price & Net Proceeds” and include a suggested price per square foot and/or a suggested market range.
