An agent left our office and their listing isn’t in our “My Listings/Transactions”. What do we do?

When an agent switches offices, the listings they had in the original office remain under that office. The listing office can still make changes to them, even if the agent no longer appears in the "My Listings/Transactions" section.


To do this, the Managing Broker or Office Secretary can go to Listings at the top of connectMLS and use the drop-down to select Edit Listings Status/Price, Edit Listing Details, etc. to make changes to the listing. The MLS number will be required to make the changes.


If you don't know the MLS number, click My MLS at the top of connectMLS and under Quick Search, input the house number and street name. Once you have located the listing, you can click on Additional Information in the upper-right corner of the listing and select Edit This Listing to make changes.
