An agent left our office and their listing isn’t in our “My Listings/Transactions”. What do we do?

When an agent leaves an office, they are no longer part of your office roster, but your office can still make changes to their listings. If the listing is active and the list office shows your office, your office can still edit the listing. 


To do this, the managing broker or an office admin can go to the Listings tab in connectMLS and use the MLS number to change the desired information (edit listing details, edit listing status, etc.)." 


If you don’t know the MLS number, go to “My MLS” and under “Quick Search” input the house number and street name. Once you have located the listing, click on “Additional Information”, select “Edit this Listing” and choose the appropriate option.
