If the link to request an appointment through ShowingTime is not appearing on a listing, make sure you’ve selected “Yes” in the "Allow Showing Agents to Schedule Appointments Online?" field. 

You can check and change this by following these steps: 

  • Access ShowingTime from the “Tools, Resources, & Links” section of connectMLS. 

  • Select “Listing Setup” on the left side of the page. 

  • Click on the listing you would like to edit 

  • Confirm or change the "Allow Showing Agents to Schedule Appointments Online?" field at the top of the page.
