If the link to request an appointment through ShowingTime is not appearing on a listing, make sure you’ve selected “Yes” in the "Allow Showing Agents to Schedule Appointments Online?" field.
You can check and change this by following these steps:
Access ShowingTime from the “Tools, Resources, & Links” section of connectMLS.
Select “Listing Setup” on the left side of the page.
Click on the listing you would like to edit
Confirm or change the "Allow Showing Agents to Schedule Appointments Online?" field at the top of the page.
