How do I remove the verbiage "CC Pursuant to Short Sale" in the Broker Private Remarks of my listing?

If the property is not a short sale, edit your listing details to deselect “Short Sale” in both the “Additional Sales Info” and “Special Compensation Info” fields under Office/Details to remove this verbiage.
