How to Add/Edit a Broker Tour or Open House in connectMLS

Need to add or edit a Broker Tour or Open House for your listing? Follow the steps below to add or update your event.

Add/Edit a Broker Tour or Open House

1. Select Add/Edit from the top menu in connectMLS.
2. Click Add/Edit a Tour or Open House.
3. Enter your MLS Number.
4. Select + Add New Tour/Open House.
5. Enter the date, start time, end time, and any other required details.
6. Click Save.
7. Click Save again to finalize your changes.

Not seeing your Open House on third party sites?

If you've added an Open House and it hasn't appeared on third-party websites after 24 hours, try resetting the Open House record:

1. Edit the existing Open House.
2. Change the event time.
3. Click Save.
4. Click Save again to finalize the update.

This refreshes the Open House record and often triggers it to be redistributed to participating third-party websites.
