With this new feature, you can keep clients engaged instantly — right from connectMLS.
Before You Dive In...
→ Make sure your client’s profile includes their mobile number. You can verify this by going to Clients, clicking on your Client's Name, and editing their profile if needed.
Step-by-Step Instruction
- Run a General Search in connectMLS.
- Select the listings you want to send.
- Choose the texting option:
Desktop users: Click the phone icon at the top right of the page.
Mobile users: Tap the three dots at the top right, then select Text.
- Select your client (note: the client must have a cell phone number on record).
- Customize your message (optional).
- Send! Your client will instantly receive a link that signs them directly into the client portal.
