The only listing types which cannot be emailed to clients through connectMLS are Expired (EXP), Private-Expired (PRIV-EXP), Cancelled (CANC), and Private-Cancelled (PRIV-CANC).
Additionally, private listings may only be emailed through connectMLS if the listing agent has given the permission to share the listing with clients by selecting Yes to "Does your seller agree to their listing being shared with other agents' clients?”
