Can I leave a listing as active if it is not available to be shown?

Listings that are not accepting showings must indicate a status of TEMP. The only exceptions to this rule are if a property is unsafe to be shown (such as a teardown) or if the listing is a Private Listing, where the listing broker can indicate “no showings” in the showings field.
