What dates do I use when changing a Private listing to a Standard listing?

When moving a Private listing to a Standard listing as Closed or Contingent: 

• Use the listing agreement’s list date, the actual Contract Date and the actual closed date. 

When moving a Private listing to a Standard listing as Active (New): 

• Use the date on the listing agreement addendum, (or the date at your seller’s written direction) which represents the date it is changed to a Standard listing. In this instance, the 48-hour listing status change rule applies.
