Yes, you can schedule an open house or broker tour on a property that's in Private status. You can go to Listings at the top of the MLS and click Add/Edit Tour or Open House and submit the MLS number for your listing.
To search for open houses or broker tours for listings in Private status, visit Search > Tour/Open House and choose a Private status from the Status drop-down.
While Private listings aren't syndicated to public websites, Zenlist displays Private listings from MRED, as it acts as an alternative MLS system. Any tour or open house details will be displayed for your Private listing on Zenlist.
