The following fields are required for all Private Listings:

General

• Area
• Street Number
• Street Name
• Street Suffix
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• County
• Expiration Date
• List Broker ID
• List Office ID
• Does your seller agree to their listing being shared with other agents' clients?
• Anticipated Activation Date

Office/Sales

• Showings Y/N

Media

• Order a Virtual Tour
• Are any property photos virtually staged?

Thanks to subscriber feedback, the following fields are also required on Private listings if "Yes" is selected for "Does your seller agree to their listing being shared with other agents' clients?":

General

• Elementary School District
• Jr High/Middle School District
• High School District
• Type Detached/Attached
• Type of Rental Property (Residential Rental)
• Pets Allowed (Attached Single & Residential Rental)
• Pet Information (Attached Single & Residential Rental / If Pets Allowed is Yes)

Exterior Features

• Parking
• Garage Ownership (If Parking is Garage)
• Garage On-Site (If Parking is Garage)
• # of Garage Spaces (If Parking is Garage)
• Parking Ownership (If Parking is Exterior Spaces)
• Parking On-Site (If Parking is Exterior Spaces)
• # of Parking Spaces (If Parking is Exterior Spaces)

Interior Features

• # Bedrooms (All Levels)
