You can register for an MLS Grid vendor account here. There are some links to helpful guides below that can walk you through the registration and licensing process on your own.
If you are a broker or agent interested in generating a token for your own internal use for MLS Grid services, please see this Broker Only Access Guide in order to setup and register for an account. If you wish to designate a third-party vendor as the recipient of your brokerage’s data please see this Broker Data Export Guide.
If you are a vendor or a brokerage with your own in-house development services, the Vendor Access guide will walk you through the steps to register your account, start your data subscription, and invite your broker or agent customer to sign the data license agreement. To assist in that process there is the Broker/Agent License Request guide which will assist your broker or agent customer in reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions of the data license agreement online through the MLS Grid system.
Once both you and your customer have agreed to the data license agreement the MLS will be notified of your request and can grant approval. Following approval, you will receive an email notification to finalize your data subscription and pay any applicable licensing fees the MLS may require. When the data subscription is finalized you will be granted your access token through your MLS Grid account.
Our Developer Checklist and Best Practices guide will help your development team get started. These will provide a helpful list of first steps to take before making your initial data import from the MLS Grid as well as information on how to keep your database in sync using our best practices. Additional technical documentation is available in your MLS Grid account under the Documentation section, or at docs.mlsgrid.com. Additional guides for common tasks are available in your MLS Grid account under the Resources and Guides as well as the FAQ section. You can find the MLS to Grid Mappings you may need here.
Please feel free to reach out to MLS Grid directly with any questions you may have at mred.mls@mlsgrid.com.
