Paragon Lookup (LKUP) fields in Listing Input

If you've recently added or updated a listing in Paragon, you may have noticed fields labeled "Lookup" or "LKUP," such as the fields listed below. These fields help ensure listing information is entered consistently and accurately.


  • City Lookup
  • Postal Code LKUP
  • Township LKUP
  • Corporate Limits LKUP
  • Subdivision LKUP
  • Elementary School Dist LKUP
  • Elementary School LKUP
  • Middle or Junior Dist LKUP
  • Middle or Junior Schl LKUP 
  • High School Dist LKUP
  • High School LKUP
  • Ownership LKUP


When a listing is saved, information entered in these Lookup fields is automatically copied into the standard listing fields that are used throughout the system. This process happens behind the scenes and usually completes very quickly.


In rare cases, a listing may be shared with other systems before that update process finished. If that happens, so information may appear incomplete or potentially use codes temporarily. However, the system continuously updates listing data, and once the process is complete, the full and correct listing information will be sent out automatically and will replace any earlier version.


No action is required on your part. If you recently updated a listing and notice missing information, it should resolve itself shortly as the system completes its update process.
