Why isn’t my listing on any websites?

If your listing isn’t appearing on any public websites, the most common cause is a simple setting in your listing’s Media tab. Here’s how to get everything back on track quickly.

1. Check your listing’s syndication setting

Go to Edit Listing Details > Media and look for the field:
“Does your seller agree to their listing being displayed on Virtual Office Websites?”

  • If this field is set to No, the listing is not allowed to syndicate anywhere.

  • Change this field to Yes to allow the listing to be sent to third-party sites.

Once updated, your listing becomes eligible for online display.

2. Confirm your office’s syndication preferences

Even if your listing is set to syndicate, it may still be blocked from certain sites based on the main office Managing Broker’s syndication settings.

Managing Brokers can choose whether listings feed to:

  • Apartments.com

  • Crexi

  • Realtor.com

  • Realtors Property Resource (RPR)

If the Managing Broker has opted out of any of these sites, listings will not appear there.

3. When to expect your listing online

Once everything is set correctly, listings usually appear on third-party sites within 24 hours. Most sites update much faster, but timing can vary by provider.
