If a listing isn’t showing up on any public websites, check the "Internet Listing" field. If this field is displaying "No", that means it has not been made available to syndication websites. To enable the listing on third-party sites, go to Edit Listing Details > Media tab, and change “No” to “Yes”.
Additionally, listings will not appear on third-party sites that are not approved by a main office’s Designated Realtor. DRs may opt in or out of listings being syndicated to Zillow, Realtors Property Resource (RPR), and realtor.com. Here’s how a DR can view or modify their syndication settings.
The listing will appear on third-party sites within 24 hours. Please contact the MRED Help Desk if you’re still having issues.
