The person who created the Team is considered the listing broker on all of that Team’s listings, regardless of whose name appears in the “on behalf of” field.
The Team ID is translated into the person who created the Team for syndication and statistical purposes. This means if the co-lister also displayed as that Team lead, it would be duplicated in syndication feeds and statistical reports.
If you want the contact information of the Team lead to appear on the listing, you can input their details in the additional information field.
