Team Lead

The team lead will be the agent who creates the team, adds/removes team members, and sets up the team settings, allowing or restricting team members access to various parts of their account. The team lead has full access to edit team transactions, including team transaction coordinators.

Team Admin

The team admin will be able to represent the team on transactions, appearing on behalf of the team if assigned as the listing transaction coordinator or buyer transaction coordinator. The team admin will have abilities similar to the team lead – they will be able to add/remove team members, modify team settings, and edit transactions, including team transaction coordinators. (Note: The team admin must be a broker and cannot be an office secretary or personal assistant)

Team Member

A team member will be able to represent the team on transactions, appearing on behalf of the team if assigned as the listing transaction coordinator or buyer transaction coordinator. The team lead/team admin will control the permissions of the team member (i.e., transaction credit permission, access to clients, searches, listings/transactions, and forms). If granted access to listings/transactions, the team member will be able to add listings for the team and edit team transactions, but they will not be able to modify transaction coordinators for the team.

Default Listing Transaction Coordinator

The default listing transaction coordinator is who will display on behalf of the team by default for all team listings. The listing transaction coordinator can be changed on a listing-by-listing basis by either the team lead or team admin by going to Listings/Transactions, Edit Pencil, and then Edit Listing Transaction Coordinator.

Default Buyer Transaction Coordinator

The default buyer transaction coordinator is who will display on behalf of the team by default for all team buy-side transactions. The buyer transaction coordinator can be changed on a listing-by-listing basis by either the team lead or team admin by going to Listings/Transactions, Edit Pencil, and then Edit Buyer Transaction Coordinator.

Permissions

Transaction Credit Permission (Assign Individual Credit to this Team Member for):

Listings: This will give the team member the ability to receive individual credit for listings only. For example, the team member can enter a listing under their personal account and will not display on behalf of the team. Instead, they will be individually displayed as the list broker.

Buyers: This will give the team member the ability to receive individual credit for buy-side transactions only. For example, when the team member’s individual ID is entered on the buy-side of a transaction, they will not display on behalf of the team. Instead, they will be individually displayed as the buyer broker.

Listings & Buyers: This will give the team member the ability to receive individual credit for both listings they enter under their personal account as the list broker, and buy-side transactions where their individual ID is entered as the buyer broker. In these instances, they will not display on behalf of the team.

None: This will prevent the team member from receiving individual credit for both listings they enter and buy-side transactions where their ID is entered as the buyer broker. For example, if the team member goes to enter a listing under their personal account, it will be placed under the team account and the default listing transaction coordinator for the team will display as the list broker on behalf of the team. If the team member’s individual ID is entered on the buy-side of a transaction, it will be placed under the team and the default buyer transaction coordinator will display as the buyer broker on behalf of the team. The team lead/team admin can edit the transaction coordinator of any listing or buy-side transaction on a transaction-to-transaction basis to reflect any team member they wish to display on behalf of the team.
