What do the Team permissions mean and how do I change them?

Default Listing Transaction Coordinator: the person who shows up on the listing as the agent on behalf of the Team for the listing side. This individual can be changed on a listing-by-listing basis. 

Default Buyer Transaction Coordinator: the person who shows up on the listing as the agent on behalf of the Team for the buyer side. This individual can be changed on a listing-by-listing basis. 

Team leads and Team admins can change these roles and set transaction credit permission for members of the Team. This means assigning individual credit to a member of the Team for the list side (listings), buy side (buyers), both (listings and buyers) or neither. 

Team leads and Team admins can edit these roles by going to connectMLS settings, selecting “Modify connectMLS team” and clicking the edit pencil on the Team member you wish you modify.
