I have a new construction property that doesn’t have a Parcel ID Number (PIN) assigned yet. What do I use for its PIN number?

For new Construction and conversions that don’t yet have a PIN assigned, enter the first seven digits of the underlying PIN. 

This can be used until a new PIN is assigned by the county.
