Why do I get an error when entering the tax year?

Counties typically update property tax information on their websites annually. Not every county is on the same update schedule. That means one county might have its data posted, while another could still be in the process of finalizing its information for posting. Allowing access to the current tax year for all counties at once would create a situation where some data would be current, while other data would not be current. MRED doesn’t allow entry of tax data until the county has published the current full tax year. 


The MRED Compliance Department systematically checks each county's website to see if the full tax year has been released. If MRED subscribers notice a full tax year has been released by a county and is not yet available in connectMLS, please let us know. Our goal is to make sure the data is released through our system as soon as it is released by the counties.
