Why did I get an “oops” error in connectMLS?

Modified on Tue, 16 Jul at 4:20 PM

The connectMLS “Oops! What Happened?” error message typically occurs if you’ve used your browser’s back button or if there have been network connection interruptions. You might also see this error message if you’re using an outdated link to access connectMLS.

To avoid this message, only use the buttons in connectMLS (Save, Add, Cancel, <<Back, Next>>, etc.) and be sure the link you’re using to reach the connectMLS login page is this one: connectmls.mredllc.com

If the problem persists, you may need to clear your browser’s cache. To do this in Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard to open the menu to clear the cache (on a Mac, use the Command button in place of Ctrl).

To clear the cache in Safari, press Option+Command+E (There will only be a flicker on the taskbar, but the cache is being cleared).
