Can I schedule an open house or broker tour on a property that’s in the Private Listing Network?

While open houses and broker tours may be held while a property is in the Private Listing Network, they cannot be scheduled through connectMLS or ShowingTime.

This is because the listing agent must directly approve and/or be contacted for approval to share information about properties in the PLN with clients. Additionally, Private Listings aren’t syndicated to third-party sites, including ShowingTime.
