How to Customize a Listing Report in Paragon Pro

Paragon Pro allows you to personalize listing reports so they reflect what matters most to you and your clients. From adjusting text color and font size to rearranging fields or adding new information, these customizations help your reports look cleaner, clearer, and more professional.

Because default MLS reports are shared across all users, any personal customizations must be made on a copied report. This ensures your changes apply only to your account.

Step 1: Create a Personal Copy of the Report

To begin, you’ll first create a copy of the report you want to customize.

  1. Go to Preferences → My Views
  2. Select Copy View
  3. Change Custom View to MLS
  4. Locate the report you’d like to edit (for example, Full Agent Classic)
  5. Click Create a copy
  6. Give the report a name that’s easy to recognize
  7. Check Activate to make it available

This step unlocks full editing control while keeping MLS default reports unchanged.

Step 2: Edit and Customize Your Report

Once your personal report is created, you can tailor it to fit your workflow and presentation style.

  1. Return to Preferences → My Views
  2. Click Edit next to your newly created report
  3. From here, you can:
    • Move fields to reorganize the layout
    • Add or remove fields based on what you want displayed
    • Change font type, size, and color
    • Select multiple elements at once by holding the CTRL key
    • Adjust formatting options, including how content flows across pages

These tools allow you to create a report that’s easier to read, highlights key details, and aligns with how you present information to clients.
