As an Designated Realtor or Office Admin, why can’t I access multiple offices in ShowingTime under one login, and what are my options?

ShowingTime is currently set up to group users by Location ID, which is tied to a specific physical address.


If your company has multiple branch offices or is affiliated with more than one association, each location will have its own unique Location ID. This means that if you're trying to access an office in ShowingTime that is located at a different address than the one your login is currently linked to, it will be treated as a separate branch with a different Location ID.


If you need access to additional branch locations, you have two options:


  1. Request a separate login that is associated with the other office. To do this, please reach out to your association.

  2. Consider upgrading to ShowingTime’s Front Desk product, which has options specifically built for management of multiple office locations from a single interface.
