MRED Help Desk

Help Desk Hours

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Sundays (and most holidays): On-Call Emergency Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

For added convenience, you can also text our Help Desk! Rest assured, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
