Yes. If a property goes under contract or closes while a Private listing, the listing market time will calculate from the list date to the contract date once the listing is changed to a Standard listing.
MRED’s Compliance Department monitors one-day market time on closed listings to ensure that proper dates are being used. Listings that close with one day of market time are subject to verification.
