Remine’s definition of Multi-Unit focuses on condos or apartment buildings that are individually owned. The Multi-Unit view will display units in buildings that are owned individually with their own unique Tax IDs. It will not display properties in which each unit does not have its own specific Tax ID, i.e., commercial apartment complexes.
