How can a Designated Realtor Manage Syndication?

As the Designated Realtor or Managing Broker for your office, you control where your company’s listings are shared. Your syndication settings apply to the entire company, including branch offices, so one change here keeps things consistent everywhere.

To update syndication preferences:

1. Sign in to connectMLS.
2. Click your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.
3. Select My Settings.
4. Choose Manage Syndication Preferences.
5. From this page, you can opt in or out of:
   • Apartments.com
   • Realtor.com
   • RPR
   • Crexi

Only the Designated Realtor or Managing Broker within the main office can make these updates.

Changes can take up to 24 hours to appear.
