Verify the property was at one time in Pre-foreclosure. Flags will remain on the properties for
“FYI” purposes for a certain period of time.
The Orange ( ) flag is removed after 12 months if no other foreclosure action is filed.
The Green ( ) and White ( ) flags will stay on a record for up to 3 years or until
there is a subsequent sale.
* Note bug: in some cases, the Green flag appears when the White flag should – no other data elements are affected.
