The time period varies by state. For the state of Illinois, the Pre-foreclosure flag in Realist will drop off after 270 days of no other activity.
So absent an auction sale, or recorded release of Lis Pendens, Realist will remove the flag after that number of days. Many lenders or foreclosure expeditors fail to record a release of LP if the borrower becomes current, etc.
