Use the attribute DISTRESSED SALES=YES to identify property that SOLD as a short sale
Use the FORECLOSURE STAGE=REO/AUCTIO/PRE-FORECLOSUE to identify property that is either a current bank-owned sale, or in the Pre-Foreclosure stage.
GRID RESULTS
In the results grid, the column labeled (with mouse-over) Distressed Sale Indicator, displays icons for closed bank-owned sales and short sales. Another column labeled (with mouse-over) Foreclosure Indicator, displays icons for Pre-foreclosure and bank-owned property currently for sale.
