What is MyMLSDashboard and what is it used for?


MyMLSDashboard is your all-in-one access point for MRED tools and services. It keeps everything in one place so you can:


  • Log in once and stay signed in longer
  • Quickly access key stats and analytics
  • Save time jumping between tools


It's built to simplify your daily workflow.



Why did MRED create MyMLSDashboard?


Because logging into multiple systems and digging for insights is frustrating. MRED created MyMLSDashboard to:


  • Centralize all your tools on one dashboard
  • Eliminate repeat logins
  • Give you faster access to important stats and reports



Login & Credentials



How do users login to MyMLSDashboard?


To login, visit mymlsdashboard.com. If it's your first time accessing MyMLSDashboard, click "Forgot Password?"



How can users reset their password?


Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen. You'll receive an email with steps to reset -- simple and fast.



What if users don't receive the password reset email? Can it be reset manually?


First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, contact the MRED Help Desk and they will assist.



Which email address does the password reset email come from?


Keep an eye out for an email from communications@mredllc.com -- that's where the reset instructions will be sent from.



Stats & Analytics



What kind of stats and reports are available on MyMLSDashboard? Are there limitations based on the user?


It depends on your role:


  • All users can see rules violation alerts, private listing stats, and the weekly market snapshot
  • If you're a Designated Realtor (DR), you'll also get access to office-level insights for a bigger picture view





How can users access connectMLS and other MRED tools from the dashboard?


Once you're logged into MyMLSDashboard, just click the tool you want -- no additional logins needed. It's seamless and saves time.



Will MyMLSDashboard change how members use connectMLS or other tools?


Nope. All your tools work exactly the same. MyMLSDashboard just gives you a faster, easier way to get them.
