Will I lose my contacts in Zenlist if I switch brokerages?

Your clients are never deleted from Zenlist, however, you may lose access to them if you downgrade your plan.


Once your brokerage information has been updated in MRED, the next time you log into Zenlist, it will prompt you to choose a plan. If you were previously on a Pro plan provided by your brokerage, you will automatically be removed from the Pro plan once your brokerage changes.


Upon signing into Zenlist after switching brokerages, it will prompt you to select a plan. If you keep the Pro version and self-pay ($39/month), you will retain access to all of your clients. If you downgrade to a basic plan, it will be limited to one client. However, if you choose to switch back to the Pro version, your clients will still be there.
