3/13/2020 - MRED Statement on COVID-19

Modified on Wed, 29 Apr, 2020 at 8:16 PM

Colleagues:

MRED is closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and its impact on our subscribers. Our first concern is for our subscribers’ health, and I wanted to share with you a few things we are doing in response to this fast-evolving threat.

  • MRED has activated the organization’s emergency response plan. While this calls for closing our offices in Lisle, it also has safeguards to make sure there is continuity of service for members. This includes continued, robust staffing for our award-winning help desk.
  • In-person training sessions for the next two weeks are cancelled, and will be replaced with online learning sessions. If you registered for one of the in-person classes, we will be reaching out to you with more information.

Finally, because MRED’s operations touch so many in the real estate community, we have set up a page on our website, which consolidates all the COVID-19 information relating to MRED’s operations, from class schedules to guidance on license renewal.

The bottom line is this: We want you to be safe, and MRED will do anything possible to help our subscribers through this health crisis.

Rebecca Jensen

President/CEO, MRED
