Click on "Forgot password?" above the “Login” button
Type the email address associated with your connectMLS account into the “Enter your Email Address” box
Click on “Send Me My Credentials”
If the email you entered matches a connectMLS account email, your current username and password will be sent to that address
If the email you received contains a user ID that you don't normally use to log in to connectMLS, but rather the client accounts that you are associated to, you'll want to verify that you are using an email address that's connected to your profile. If you need to update your email address, contact your association to do so.
If you have not received the email please check your spam folder and if necessary add email@example.com to your contact list and if necessary your safe sender list. Once you have done so please follow the above steps again.
