MRED data delivery community,
The changes planned for last night impacting RETS and MLS Grid were delayed due to technical issues. This update will now be deployed overnight tonight (3/24) and available tomorrow (3/25). These changes are in regards to MRED's Private listings.
With these changes, data feeds will only receive PRIV statuses if a brokerage has opted to send them to your feed as a data consumer. Otherwise, there will be no listings returned in the query.
