Listing credit goes entirely to the Team or to the agent. To ensure clear and accurate reporting, listing credit is not split or shared.
Individual members of a Team may receive credit for listings if they are granted credit permission by the Team Lead and they are designated as the listing broker. If this permission is granted, credit for that agent’s listings will always go to that individual member.
