I'm trying to select multiple counties and nothing happens? It won't let me select them.

You can search a maximum of 8 counties at a time. Have the caller check the lower left hand corner of the window which shows how many counties are selected in Red. It will read "8/8 selected" if there are already 8 counties selected.
