“Nominal” in Realist typically means the property changed ownership without a sales price or the price was a nominal amount like $1, $10, etc. You will see this a lot with related party transactions and the deeds are usually Trustee or Quit Claim.
In Realist, under the Last Market sale and sales history information, there is a field called "NOMINAL" = Y or N. What does this mean? Print
