We are aware that disclosures associated with some MRED listings are not currently displaying within the RMLS Alliance Paragon system. The issue has been identified and submitted to the platform provider for resolution.
While that work is underway, RMLS Alliance members who do not have access to MRED should contact the listing broker or listing agent directly to request the applicable disclosures and supplemental documents.
Data sharing expands access to listing information across markets; however, certain documents may be delivered or displayed differently depending on the MLS platform. When a document is not visible, contacting the listing brokerage is the best way to obtain the complete transaction information.
