It has been reported that the map in the modern client portal doesn't load properly. Our vendor is working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, a workaround would be to switch your client to the modern 2.0 portal. To make this change, navigate to Clients, click on your client's name, click the edit pencil next to Client Information, click the bubble for Modern 2.0 at the top, and Save Changes.
