It has been reported that when selecting “Use Average Price on Sold Comparables” to generate a suggested price in a connectMLS CMA, the system is instead using the adjusted price of sold comparables or not displaying a price at all.
We’ve notified our vendor of this issue, and they are currently working on a fix. As a temporary workaround, you can select “Use Other Price” and manually enter the suggested price to be displayed in your CMA.
