Links Stop Working & Top Navigation Bar Disappears when Applying Custom Report in Classic Search

It has been reported that the top navigation bar in connectMLS (My MLS, Search, Add/Edit, etc.) disappears specifically when running a classic search, applying a custom report, and returning to refine search criteria. In addition, the links across the top of the results, including PDF, print, etc. stop working as well. 


Our vendor has a development ticket open to address this issue and is working on correcting this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, a workaround would be to use General Search.
