ShowingTime confirmed an issue on 3/27/25 for T-Mobile users where a message, “service is unavailable”, appears when attempting to use the texting service to manage appointments. It seems that this message is only being sent to T-Mobile users, and because these messages are coming from the T-Mobile carrier, ShowingTime recommends T-Mobile users to contact T-Mobile directly for further support, specifically to ask why messages are being blocked.
