In the meantime, you can use Remine to search tax records. Remine is available under the Additional Information menu of each listing.
If you’re unable to select Remine, you may need to set your default tax program with these steps:
Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of connectMLS.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Under My Defaults, click Manage Default Tax Service and set it to None or Remine.
When this issue is resolved, you can follow the same steps to switch your default back to Realist, if desired.
You can also access Remine from the Tools section of connectMLS for tax information and public records while Realist is unavailable.
